Three Dogs. One Purpose. A Brand Born from Love.

Hi, I'm Mika — a nurse, a dog mom, and the heart behind Nurse&3dogs.

My three dogs didn't come from a breeder's website or a pet store window. Each one came to me through a different kind of rescue story:

🐾 Dog #1 — Rescued from a neighborhood breeder who had no business breeding dogs. She deserved better, and I made sure she got it.

🐾 Dog #2 — Returned to the local shelter. Twice. She was labeled "too much" by two families. To me, she was exactly enough.

🐾 Dog #3 — A neighbor's dog who was getting "too big to handle" and was days away from being surrendered. I said yes before she ever had to walk through those shelter doors.

Three dogs. Three second chances. One very full house — and one very full heart.

The Problem Is Real.

Every year, 1.5 million dogs are euthanized in U.S. shelters. 1 in 4 shelter dogs never makes it out. These aren't statistics — they're dogs with names, personalities, and the capacity to love unconditionally.

What We're Doing About It.
