Refund Policy
Because every item in our store is custom printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@nurse3dogs.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.
Sizing Issues We encourage you to review the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction.
European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item under the EU cooling-off period. Because our products are custom-made, this right may not apply per Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
